Terms and Conditions (Please read carefully!)

Reservations are based on the information provided at the time of booking. Changes to the number of people, RV’s, cars, tents, or pets without prior authorization can result in cancellation of the reservation upon arrival with no refund.

All reservations are held for 24 hours from the arrival date, at which time the site will be released to others. Please communicate by email, on or prior to your arrival date, if you will be arriving after your scheduled arrival date. 

Site Abandonment is when the site is left unused or continuously unattended for 24 hours or more and no communication is shared with the office in person or by email with the intent to continue the reservation regardless of how many days remain since you were last at the site, the site will be considered abandoned, and no refund of the remaining days will be granted.

These rules are for the health, cleanliness, legality, and welfare of all. Copies of these Terms and Conditions, as well as other rules and regulations, are available at the campground office.

Screamin’ Eagle Campground & RV LLC reserves the right to refuse services to anyone for any reason, as well as the right to add to or amend RV, parking, or campground policies at any time. Any refusal to follow Campground policies and/or State/County laws will result in immediate forfeit of your entire reservation.

All sites are subject to availability. Guests are not guaranteed a specific campsite. Campground staff will try to accommodate requests, however, there may be conditions that require staff to move guests to a different site, such as maintenance or flooding.

Horse Camping is only permitted in sites RV 23, 24, 25, 26. Horses must be kept in their designated corrals. No highlining, portable fencing, etc., outside of the corral is permitted. Horses cannot be ridden or walked through any portion of the campground, at any time. Stallions are not permitted. Owners are responsible all damage/injury caused by their Horse and are responsible for cleaning up after their horses. 

Non Horse Owner/Spectator: Do not allow any persons or pets in your party to approach, touch, or feed a horse.  You must consult with the horse owner PRIOR to approaching a horse.  You will be held responsible for any damages and/or injury to any person, the horse, and property.

Pets must be supervised at all times. Dogs must be on a leash while at the campground. Aggressive and/or consistently barking dogs are not allowed. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.  No pets can ever be left unattended.

Liability: All campground facilities and equipment are intended for the convenience of the guest. Any and all persons using the facilities do so at their own risk and consent to all Campground regulations. Campground management is not responsible for accidents due to fire, theft, wind, flood, personal negligence, acts of God, or any other unfortunate circumstances. The registered guest is financially responsible for any and all damages that were caused by any pets or individuals staying at their designated site.

Generators are extremely limited for use in the campground. NO generators can operate between the hours of 8:00 pm and 8:00 am.  Generators can only be operated for NO more than 15 minutes once in the morning, once in the afternoon, and once in the evening before 8:00 pm for NO more than 15 minutes.

Fires must only be in the designated firepits and only with properly seasoned wood or pressed logs. Use of driftwood or cutting down and/or using felled trees, limbs, or branches from within the park can result in immediate forfeit of your entire reservation. Trees, bushes, and deadwood are used to build up privacy walls within the park. The burning of any fires in the park may be banned at certain times due to the extreme dangers as dictated by the Gray’s Harbor County Fire Marshal. Please check with the office for all current burning rules within the park. Firewood is for sale at the office.

Fire Rings/Drums cannot be moved from their original location under any circumstance.  Moving any fire ring/drum will result in a $200.00 maintenance fee for every move.

Fireworks are not allowed within the campground at any time.  Not even sparklers or poppers. The use of any fireworks in the campground will result in immediate forfeit of your entire reservation.

Quit hours are 24/7. Respect your Neighbors, If they hear your music or loud talk you are too loud. We are a family campground.

NO UNDERAGE DRINKING PERMITTED IN THE CAMPGROUND - The Sheriff will be notified immediately.

By reserving, signing, and/or accepting a campsite to occupy, you fully and legally agree to be held to all Terms and Conditions. You also agree you are solely responsible for communicating the Terms and Conditions to all members and visitors in your party. 

Taxes

All reservations are subject to any required Federal, State, County, and Local taxes and/or fees and will be assessed at the time of booking or arrival.

Fees

We may need to collect fees for service providers including credit card transaction costs, county, state, and local taxes, and booking software convenience fees associated with your reservation or purchases. These fees and taxes will be clearly marked on our reservation software and receipts. Fees are non-refundable.

To avoid the Book Online feature's convenience fees you may call in your reservation; however, any credit card transaction fees will still apply. 

In the case of booking errors, you will be informed of any extra fees or charges due at the time of arrival. This includes, but is not limited to, any incorrect assessment of charges, discounts or fees due or returned based on how you plan to camp when you arrive due to misconfiguration of our booking software or options selected.
